Tried this against a 2016 By Ott cotes de Provence about a year ago. At that time the By Ott tasted significantly better. After a year of sitting in the cellar, the By Ott has faded substantially Nose of pink roses and Melon salad. On the palate the flavors are more of a creamy/oily cantaloupe that isn’t particularly aromatic. The wine finishes with unripe peach, red apple, unripe honeydew melon, balanced acid, dry but not bone dry, and an acceptable finish for this price point. I would but this again if looking for a rosé in this price range.
