Domaine du Castel, Rosé du Castel, 2016: Very pale salmon pink in color. On the nose, fresh spring flowers, freshly picked raspberries and cherries, as well as hints of stone fruits. Light-bodied, crisp with notes of tart strawberries, fresh ripe apricot, juicy white cherries, hints of rose water with stony minerals, medium-plus acidity as well as notes of raspberries on the mouth-watering, moderately long finish. Very reminiscent of the 2014 in many ways, this is a luxurious rosé. 13.5% Abv. Drink in 2017. 90+

Rich fruit, good acid. A little more RS than I would have liked, otherwise would have rated higher.
