  • In Watch Hill with friends, great excuse to open this. A little air and it was in business. Consistent with prior notes. This has gotten progressively better with a few years of bottle age,. Shows best after a 20+ minutes. Outstanding wine

  • On a snowy night, good excuse to check back in on this wine. PnP, drank over 2 nights.

Prior notes:"Pale, translucent ruby color. Really expressive nose of red fruits, raspberry and caramel. Palate was bright cherry, marinated strawberry, red licorice, some pepper/spice. Nice secondary notes of spice through the mid palate."

This showing was excellent, wine felt very polished and rounded. Elegant red fruits, strawberry, picked up more of the caramel and pastille notes on this tasting. Great through Day 2.

In a really good spot now, should drink at this level for a least a few more years

  • At home with Valerie, after a nice night out thought I would check in on this again.

Pale, translucent ruby color. Really expressive nose of red fruits, raspberry and caramel. Palate was bright cherry, marinated strawberry, red licorice, some pepper/spice. Nice secondary notes of spice through the mid palate.

Valerie liked better on Day 2, shaping up to be a very enjoyable, classic Oregon Pinot.

  • In OCNJ, opened a bottle to check in on it...way too soon, as expected,,,Really liked this from the barrel, it will need 1-2 years in the bottle to put on some weight and come together...can't rate now
