It’s certainly fresh – a tribute to screwcaps – but it still seemed a bit ‘arms-and-legs’. Air may have helped. It has medium-sweet fruit, beautiful flavours of apple, vanilla, custard. It’s medium weight, with medium/high acidity and is clearly nowhere near its peak yet. Like the Prum, the medium/long finish turns refreshingly dry at the tail, leaving you wanting more. Will be spectacular with time.
