Pale lemon colour. Medium (-) nose with blossom, green apples, lemon, white peach, biscuit, toasted bread and butter. Medium taste of green apples, pear, lemon, biscuit, toasted bread and cream. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good British sparkling. Goes well as an aperitif, or with fish or shellfish.

Lunch with friends at home: (Tasted Blind): Aromas of apple, lemon and brioche with delicate, tiny bubbles. A crisp, clean apple-edged entry, this is a tight, linear wine with piercing tangy acidity, incredible focus and a persistent length. Elegant with orchard fruits, chilled lemons, delicate minerality and a long finish. Lovely precision.
