Utterly beguiling Immediate opening has depth and richness on nose which is unusual. Blackberry, pie crust and sandalwood, fades out Blackberries, blackberry liqueur, black cherries, faint incense, acidity brings flavors out perfectly balanced Rich, deep, long finish Truly lovely 🥰 Agree with JLHKISS - rhubarb

A nice surprise in the cellar. PNP. Dark red, nearly black color with slight clear meniscus the only sign of age. On nose, sweet cherry, earth / forest floor and dark cherry. On palate, medium body, low tannins, medium acidity and long finish. Notes of wet stone and strawberry, black cherry on palate. Very enjoyable. 91-92 range. Would buy again.

2.5 yrs since the prior and oh has this blossomed into a beauty. The wine like most all KL imports from Beaujolais I've tried is energetic, bright, living, and now that it's had a minute to settle, utterly drinkable. In fact, tonight I am having to treat this wine as a crack dessert and set it aside before I finish the bottle whole -- a practice I've worked hard to cultivate away in my middle-aged routine. The palate is incredibly easy on the senses and so inviting like the softest pillow after a long, tiring day. This should have been a multi-case purchase and drunk like water at the house dinners. Oh well. Not ashamed to admit I've added 2 points for the delightfulness factor this brings.

Another great Kermit Lynch selection. From a rarely seen in the US Cru, it is intense, balanced, with great texture and good finish.
