Knightsbridge Annual Holiday Burgundy/Champagne Tasting and Sale (Northbrook, IL): Tasting, brief note. Big and burly black fruit with rugged tannins. Lots of everything here, but not yet fully harmonized. Certainly needs time in the cellar. Today I'd think this merits 87-88 points, but my experience with prior vintages think it will be even better as everything integrates.

Knightsbridge Annual Holiday Burgundy/Champagne Tasting and Sale (Northbrook, IL): Walk around tasting. Starts out on the elegant side for Marsannay with black and red cherry, then more meaty and sturdy in the middle with good length. This wine seems to be getting better each time I try it. 88-89 point potential.

Fine Vines Fall 2019 Portfolio Tasting (City Winery - Chicago IL): Walk-around tasting, brief note. Ripe black fruit throughout. Fresh fruit start, more rugged finish for now. Needs time. 87-88+ point potential.
