Unable to save any for the next day. Pale golden yellow. Struck by savory qualities and long finish. Herbal notes. Hint of vanilla. Waxy texture. Not much fruit, maybe pear, but acidity picked up as wine warmed.

The last bottle (see my previous note) was not really the last bottle. Once again a lovely wine, maybe loosing a bit of the citrus backbone (age?), however delicious.

My last bottle; quite impressive if you give it a day with aeration. in the bouquet there is a hint of grass and stone, a whiff of fine wood/vanilla and a bit of mint. That combination continues in the taste ans ends in a super fresh and balanced aftertaste.

I left half of the bottle in the fridge during a trip (a week) to Angers and there was no loss of quality. A solid, friendly, balanced and juicy Chardonnay with sufficient classic notes (bitters) to keep the wine very fresh.

See my previous note(s), surprisingly good, firm and elegant, très chardonnay with a hint of vanilla/wood, balanced and quite serious.
