Purchased at 50% discount ($17.50 plus Tax & shipping) & not sure it was even worth that much. Initial flavors were borderline sour. After 15 minutes, taste mellowed into more rustic, dark fruit flavors. Not much structure or depth. Definitely not worth retail of $35. Tasted other Syrahs at $12 price point (such as Michael David Wines 2014 Syrah) with far more pleasing complexity than this wine. Shame since their 2012 Syrah was amazing! Doesn't say much of the winemaker's supposed higher end "reserve" product.
