  Somewhat destabilized by the nose where note reminiscent of malo and vanilla are present. Despite the higher RS for this Grüner (fermentation stopped at 5.4g/L), there is still some acidity to keep the balance. I would not keep remaining bottles for long.
  Next time, I'll consider a pairing with a dish with more spices like I would for a riesling kabinett.
