  D+0h: no deposit in the filter nor in the bottle, smells of sour cherry D+4h: dark as ink, smells of smoke, leather, blackberry and a little bit of eucalyptus, full body, dry, but not in a tart way, smooth in the mouth with blackberry, a little bit of violets and a little bit of smoke, in the aftertaste blackberry, a little bit of violets and acidity, good length (30 sec), good red wine.
