  Deeper pink than fashionable Provençal. Totally dry. Cranberries and red currents, crisp acidic finish. Taut without being tart. Great with food.

  Medium salmon.
  Medium intensity aromas of red currents, strawberries, peaches, floral. Youthful.
  Dry, med (+) acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, med (+) flavours - peaches, red currants, strawberries. Med (+) finish.
  (Very) Good quality, drink now, not suitable for further ageing.
  This is decent quality rose with a lot more flavour than many.
  Technical Note: Mix of Pinot Noir, Regent, Rondo, Pinot Meunier, Dornfelder with most of the colour coming from the regent and rondo grapes. Whole bunch fermentation.
