Prior bottle was just over 5 months ago and my notes were generally consistent. White peach, melon and lemon notes on the nose. Medium bodied and when first opened (more on the cool side), showed mostly a mix of lemon, other citrus notes, apple and pear. As it warmed, it showed the expected mix of white apple upfront, moving to white peach through the middle with tropical hints in the background. Melon, citrus (especially lemon) and minerals on the back and through the finish. Acidity was more prominent when cooler, but seemed to contribute more to balance as it warmed, interacting well with the peach and tropical qualities. Wine remains in a good spot, especially in between cellar temperature and room temperature. Too cold and the wine emphasizes acidity and tart qualities. Too warm and the acidity doesn't provide enough balance. But in that mid-ground, this wine showed quite well and I was pleased to be able to observe all phases in this, my final bottle.

Prior bottle was virtually exactly one year ago and while the wine showed well, it didn't have quite the liveliness that the prior bottle showed. Soft, white peach, light tropical notes and streak of lemon on the nose. Medium bodied with a mixture of apple and peach upfront and through the middle. Adds some white tropical notes through the mid-body through the back along with some acidity and citrus notes. While the fruit still shows well, it lack in some of the more tart white orchard notes upfront and some of the more tart citrus notes on the back. It leaves the wine feeling a step behind of prior bottles in terms of complexity. I will open my last bottle later this fall.

Absolutely delicious wine that only improves with air and time. Wonderful nose of a field of flowers, slight oak on the nose and palate I believe. Great with pesto based pizzas!! I love this

Prior bottle was nine months ago and this wine remains in a very good spot. Intensely floral nose along with white apple, white peach and under undercurrent of lemon. Medium bodied with pear and melon upfront, adding apple and peach through the middle and then very good acidity and tart lemon/other citrus mixed with minerals on the backside and through the finish. The fruit through the mid-body was very expressive and showed good density. Overall, felt like the fruit-structure balance was a touch better here than my prior bottle. Next bottle for me will probably be November 2019.

Straw to light yellow in color. Aromas of white flowers, peach, and wet stone. Medium (+) body, acid, and finish, with flavors of lemon, lime, green apple, pear, fresh herbs, and minerals. Has a bit of a gin and tonic vibe on the palate without any alcohol spike. Worked great with a simple corn, basil, and ricotta pasta tonight. I'm digging it. 89-90
