Strong note of honey on the nose this time. Bit of mature hay notes. Quite different than the other recent bottle. Kinda better actually. Still don't recommend holding them this long now though.

This has become more herbaceous within a few years. Hard to know if it's about the plastic cork enclosure or if this just shouldn't be held onto. It's reminiscent of what Sauvignon Blanc does with bottle time. It's not dominated by it but this is certainly better with the younger fruit front and center. It's ok but time to drink up.

Probably the most concentrated fruit I've had on an Apremont. Sort of a perfumed pear thing going on. Almost like a liqueur but this isn't sweet or overwhelming that way. Just more. Pretty. Not as mineral driven as some of it's brethren. Shame about the plastic cork as this might do well in bottle for a few years. Very nice.

As good as the last go. Terrific and even some complexity.
