Really great, each bottle improving over time. Very happy I hung on this long. Dark color and tastes of dark fruit. Got a little cola early but that blew off. Tannins and the roughness mentioned on first bottles long gone. Fantastic QPR

Nose of blueberry, oats, Cassis; palate is decently structured, med acid, nice concentration of fruit. Alcohol is a bit disjointed but not bad, medium length finish.

Really glad I had multiple bottles and was able to let this rest an additional two years since my last note. All the dark fruits still intact along with the spicy notes but it’s lost that roughness it had. Tannins still there but much more integrated. Very enjoyable and a fantastic QPR.

Loaded with very dark, brooding, berry fruit. Tannins are semi-refined, but quite grippy. Acidity is medium to high. Blueberry and dark cherry linger on the finish. This wine is serious and built like a brick wall, but sacrifices a bit of drinkability for its powerful structure.
