Light honey color. Apple, peach, honeysuckle and some dust on the nose. The palate explodes with tree fruit, vanilla, butterscotch and nice acidity. A med-long finish which is relaxing with a warm, bright finish that exudes a butterscotch flavor.
We got this wine for a steal but only three bottles. I so wish we had more. No problem letting this cellar for 2-3 years longer.

Four Byrons: Medium yellow color. Aromas of lemon curd, yellow apple, buttercream, raw almond, sea salt, along with honey and cinnamon. Medium-bodied, precise acidity with a lively saline element. Rich texture with notes of whipped butter, apricot jam, lemon curd and baked apple, but also fresh with notes of chalk dust and crushed oyster shells. Nougat and honey on the finish, this is delicious and balanced. Aged 15 months in about 70% new French oak.

Lost my formal notes except the score, but I was seriously impressed with this Bien Nacido.
