Had it at a tasting of Languedoc wines. It was the most expensive wine of the evening, at $33.00 and it was not very impressive. Strong barnyard on the nose, with a hint of gastric acid or sour milk. This eventually blew off to reveal a nice Southern-Rhone-style profile, but you can do a lot better for the money in the Rhone, and even better in Australia.

A llittle sharp this time. Did not really improve with air. Felt like this was a bit barnyardy.
