Deep red hue with some rust along at the edges. A bit of mushroom and loam on the nose and front end that blows off. Dark cherries and chocolate. Tannins are mostly integrated. Shortish finish. Good QPR. Can definitely cellar another couple of years but with an hour or two decant it’s ready to go.

Delicious. Ready to go. Pleasantly surprised that it exceeded my expectations. Beautiful nose and super smooth. A well balanced and complex St Emilion Grand Cru. A great QPR too. 90+ Drink now - 2027

Tried at dinner to see if I should buy more
Merlot aromas and tannins dominate, a little early to be drinking, but good potential
'14 seems to be good for early drinking. With only 30 minutes decanting, this worked pretty well. Another year or so will be good
