  • Wow! This is Germany's best Pinot Noir at the Moment!
When you wonder why Huber is so celebrated - taste this!
It definitely has - no doubt - Grand Cru Quality in Terms of concentration, structure and Balance
This wine checks all boxes and will develop in an amazing wine, although this one is definitely for the Long haul
Do not touch this for 10 years at least

  • Tasted after the amazing 2015 Schlossberg GG. Incredible depth to the nose - crushed stones, dark fruit, some red berry fruit notes, spices, smoke, hints of iodine. Fantastic. On the palate even more intensity compared to Schlossberg, powerful tannins, lots of minerality with the fruit playing a supporting role for now. Fresh, elegant, vibrant and already so incredibly well balanced. The finish is wonderful - very persistent and intense. This is a masterpiece but should be left alone for decade or so. 97-98+
