  • Tasted at producer.

    Complex, lovely tertiary aromas.
Perfume so compelling. Cedar-wood, dried spice, orange, some dried fruits.
    Still very young.

  • Wow! Blind I would never guess this is German wine. It smells like a ripe year in the Dundee Hills of Oregon initially, ripe strawberry, cherry, forest floor, barnyard. It's got that funky nose you recognize in good Oregon wines, smells awesome. The palate is all bright, fresh strawberry, cherry and red tea notes, great texture and acid. The tannins are on the soft side and settle in the cheeks. This is drinking REALLY well right now, super enjoyable wine and a complete ringer in a blind tasting for an Oregon wine, IMO. Killer.
