  Siempre una curiosidad beber una garnacha tintorera norteña. Refrescante pero un tanto pesada, alguno podría pensar en sobre-extracción o en viñas centenarias, pese al toque a mantequilla que otorga la madera. De trago denso, vino casi de tenedor y cuchillo. Algo único que conviene catar alguna vez en la vida. Llamando a platos de comida bien contundentes.
