Day 1: Nice spice, Garrique, stone, raspberries and perfume. Very enjoyable on the pop and pour. No hard edges to this wine. Very fragrant and good color. This is great now but could see this aging for five years. 91 points Day 2: Garrique, stone, sour raspberries and underbrush. Not as much fruit showing on day 2 but still going strong. Medium finish. 90 points Day 3: Garrique, minerals, raspberries, minerals and underbrush. Medium plus finish. Really solid for $16.99. Recommendation: for $16.99 a great buy and could drink now or over five years.
Great wine for the money. On the nose - fruitcake, plum, black cherries, campfire; vanilla; hearty green herbs, rosemary, thyme... Light in body for the complexity, reminds me of a great pinot. Thought tannins were very mild initially, but they build in the finish. Maintains high acidity, slightly bitter on the finish . Well balanced, and easy drinking with a little food.

Much like the CDP I love this house. Beautiful Granoche, raspberry fruit, some pepper, wild herbs, great balance.

Quite dry and mineral driven. There is some anise, but it doesn't seem to be a big burly monster. There is even some elegance here.
