  Instead of the typical Soave blend, this is a 100% Garganega.
  
  Light green color. Very attractive and pure nose with classic Soave aromas of mirabelle plums, white peach, light almond notes, a little bit of hay and a hint of white flowers. The wine is dry, quite light-bodied and pretty acid-driven on the palate. On the other hand, the wine feels somewhat neutral, but on the other hand, it feels just very subtle with a wide array of nuances. There are delicate notes of aromatic herbs, ripe stone fruits, white flowers and almonds. The finish is quite long and refreshing with pure, fruity flavors of yellow apples, mirabelle plums, some aromatic herbal notes and a hint of honeyed sweetness.
  
  A very nice, refreshing and delicate Soave with good, understated complexity. This is not a serious and structured white wine like traditional Soave Classicos, but neither is this a bland and simple entry-level Soave. Overall this is very nice, but perhaps a bit overpriced for its quality at 14,20€.
