The nose showed Christmas spice up front with tart cherry, black tea, crushed fig, and exotic floral tones. On the palate, I found silky textures, yet lifted with a mix of cherry, fig, plum and sweet spices offset by balanced saline-driven acids. It finished medium-long with hints of sour cherry, black tea and hints of dried plum.
