For the money this is an great wine. Has the expected dark cherry, raspberry notes. Tannin level is a bit high but still very enjoyable. Acid is medium plus with a medium length finish plus more from the tannins. Great wine with food

Took about an hour to open. Deep ruby color. Berry, black cherry, pencil, and cedar on the nose. Blackberry, cherry and cedar on the palate. Tannin level is medium-plus and are starting to integrate well with the wine. Acidity is medium. This wine tastes great now and will get better with age. Great QPR. I will buy again.

Was a year ago when I had; so I don't remember the specific details, but I do remember it was pleasantly good. I'll update better notes next time. But for a casual meal or just something fun that is good and enjoyable from Bordeaux, highly recommned.

Opened, decanted half bottle into a small decanter and poured a bit into a glass immediately. Not much of a nose intially, tasted alright but without much real depth. After 15 minutes of air had a more pronounced, nice nose and taste, but still didn't feel this was a real stand-out. Nice enough wine, but probably not a re-buy even at $30 from LB. Have had red wines I enjoy more for $15-22.
