Filling in w/the Friday Brown Bag Group (Rich & Dana's): Crimson color with aromas of red currants, herbs and loamy clay. A bit "hot" too. Relatively well-balanced on the palate, with flavors of red fruit; raspberry & pomegranate.

Decanted 3 hrs; Very pleasing nose, leather tobacco smells, still tannic. Bold for Zinfandel; open next bottle in 6-9 months. Paired with herbed beef tenderloin
