This is drinking really well rn right off the pop. Medium garnet, bricking edges a bit. Smells like black tea, orange, lemon, bit of floral, sour cherry, barnyard funk (blows off mostly after each fresh pour). Medium body, medium (+) acid and finish, relatively light bright with cherry, red fruits, lemon, and spice. Really solid.

Delightful light weight full palate big earthy tertiary-nosed Brunello. A bit simple on the palate but fattens up nice with some air. It's the apotheosis of pizza wine.

Shocking mediocre Brunello, especially for the vintage and age. Nothing truly flawed here, just not that pleasant. Herbal and artificial cherry medicinal notes dominated here. Very little fruit and not showing any real benefit from a bit of age. Suspect this is just not a great wine. Drinkable, though.

Still quite primary on the second night open, alky a little higher than I like, lack of fruit. I'll keep tasting to see if it gets more to my liking. After a couple more nights getting where I like a good Brunello. Coming into balance with aged fruit and tannins with nice acid and abv. Need to wait a couple years on the remaining. 92 reflects future aging.

This is getting better, positively singing with clean tertiary channels. Wonderfully balanced wine that's not too heavy.
