  I received the bottle as part of a wine club shipment and knew nothing about it prior to tasting. After a long cold day of soccer, I served it with a simple chicken Parm and pasta dinner. I was tired from freezing outside all day and did not spend much time selecting the bottle from my cellar. After opening the bottle and pouring it into my half bottle decanter I was immediately surprised by how light the color was. When poured, it at first appeared almost translucent, but had a very pleasant aroma, which in my opinion contrasted with the light color. It took me a while to decipher the aroma (I'm not very good at describing aroma), but finally settled on "flowery." It tasted of fruit and rose, but was in no way overpowering or sweet. Overall, I really enjoyed this bottle and will be purchasing more. It is a simple bottle that punches way above its weight class.
