  10-year old Zin, decanted off of a bit of sediment. Showed its best after almost 2 hrs. Very deep garnet color with bricky notes. Very nice nose of leather, plums, black cherries, tobacco. Rich but smoothed-out on the palate, with dusky blueberry hooded by earthy tones. Finishes well, with black pepper notes and gone tannins. Totally worth the wait.
