  • Immense pleasure this white Hermitage from Ferraton. Bright and pale golden - stunning colour. Nose opens on a reticent note, throughout bottle bursting with vanilla, flowers, tropical notes. Palate is medium+-bodied, plenty of butter, citrus & vanilla adding to the rich & round palate, oak barely discernible, excellent acidity - no signs of ageing, lovely texture, minerality and a salty sprinkled finish, juicy, aerial, cool. Brilliant rousanne/marsanne blend, youthful, fresh and in balance. Pure class.
