delicious; pale color; really pretty nose of lemon curd, wet stones some white flowers; lots of lemon curd, lots of minerality and a chiseled acidic backbone and pretty zippy crisp finish; good weight to the body but def not heavy in anyway. really a pleasure to drink this.

Glass: Zalto Burgundy Popped and poured, drunk over three days. Clear, medium golden color. Clean, medium+ youthful-developing nose. Fine ripe lemon and lemon peel, reductive notes, some popcorn, fine oak, very mineral. Deep, complex, fresh, young and beautiful. Dry, medium+ acidity, 13,5% abv, medium+ tannin that gives the wine a good grip and structure. Fine yellow stone fruit, ripe lime and lime zests/peel, great salty mineral notes, fine oak and some delicate smoky notes. Beautiful balance, nice texture and depth, elegant, good harmony, very youthful and juicy. Long, fruity and lemon driven finish. Potential for another decade and will certainly improve. 93+

Popped and poured. The nose shows white flowers, eucalyptus oil and lemon spice. Rich palate, not thick per se but definitely viscous and mouth coating with some chalky dry extract and a spicy/acidic lemon rind zing on the finish. Very good in context of the vintage.

Premoxed. Gold color. Flat palate, lacking acid.
