My favourite rosé clairet and summer companion for mediterranean dishes. Clearly not reaching the level of the 2015 it remains overall charming, with the typical strawberry - grendine syrup and vanilla notes. Distinctly different from Provence style rosés, this expressive, Merlot-based Bordeaux offers lots of drinking pleasure.

The Grand Tour - day eleven (Bordeaux): Pretty, but slightly meaty, red berry fruit, soft and a little cream and butter. Soft, slightly candied red berry, a little warm with some breadth on the mid- palate. Fleshy Medium plus length, tiny touch of bitterness right at the end of the finish. Yum
