  Interesting wine, as necowine says spritzy and saline and would partner tapas or as the Basques call them pintxos. Well worth trying. 85 points

  Really good. Spritzy and lively tapas wine with great saline and great bitter lemons, plus washes and washes of white rock and limestone minerality - you would almost think it's a champagne. Just as spritzy and lively on second day. Nice price, too.
