A: Pale lemon N: Melon, lemon, honeysuckle, cheese, sour cream [Stephanie's note]. M (+) nose and youthful. Nose was very smelly. Its the cheese from the MLF P: Ripe fruit. Dry, medium (+) acid [medium for Stephanie], high alcohol, medium (+) body. $30 MY GUESS: New world, moderate climate, chardonnay.
MISTAKE: Didn't expect so much MLF associated with chardonnay from this region and so it threw me off the grape for a while. Got a little floral and with the cheese (as ALBARINO can undergo lots of MLF too...it crossed my mind that it might be that grape for 5 secs but there was NO SALT)
