Pop and pour, consumed over 2 hours. Appearance: Clear, pale lemon. Nose: Clean, medium+ intensity, aromas of lychee, grapefruit, Meyer lemon, ginger, and saline. Palate: Dry, medium- acid, medium+ body -slightly oily mouth-feel, medium alcohol (13.5%), medium- intensity, flavors of lychee, grapefruit, and ripe pear with a medium finish.
Overall a very good wine showing excellent balance and complexity with good intensity and length just entering it's prime drinking window. Drink now or over the next 3 years.

Becomes much more expressive with about an hour of air and as it warms up. Lemon custard and lanolin on the nose. Medium-high lemon acidity, loads of minerality, and a bit of lychee/tropical notes, but much less than a typical Gewurzt. Dry. Yummy. But not a QPR.
