Standard cork in good shape. Nice bright medium yellow. On the nose, aromas of mangoes (that evolves into peach with some time), mineral, slight butter. On the palate, the attack is frank, lively, with medium concentration of the aromas found on the nose, with added orange but with oxidative notes as well. Long finish on mangoes, boskoop apples and milk like aromas. Savoury and technically very good, but as with the Pico 1er cru Chablis I tasted a while back that also had oxidative notes, I'm not entirely fond of oxidative notes in non oxidative wines. Regardless, the complexity is impressive. 92-93 (mostly due to the complexity). As said by previous poster, you do get lychee on the retro olfaction.
With extra air, the oxidative type notes seem to fade and a new balance is found that is very fine. Give this an hour of air or two for it to shine,
I should consider getting my hands on some 2017 or 2018,

Enjoyed with Coravin a few draws over several weeks. Ripe, almost exotic nose. White peaches, orchard fruit, lychee. Medium to full bodied but with good freshness, persistent. Attractive and tasty now.

A beautifully located vineyard just under Batard-Montrachet. Yields were tiny in ’16 and the wine has an expressive aroma of floral spice, orchard fruits and mineral. It is dense, rich, sappy and deep. It has serious size yet possesses such great equilibrium. A baby Batard for sure and should age particularly well.

Very dense and tight. Explosive white peach and lemon flavours. Excellent volume and superb length. Will be special given time.
