  This bubbly immediately gives of a lovely citrus aroma. The taste is all very subtle and refined, expressing itself in a variety of citrus fruits together with vanilla and a light touch of caramel. The very juicy, succulent character make it ideal, if adequately cooled, for a warm summer evening.

  Spuma soffice e abbondante, bollicina non particolarmente croccante. Per essere un millesimato 2013 forse ci si aspetta un pelino in più di sentori, di lievito, di crosta di pane. Insomma un po' più corpo e spessore, ma come detto è pur sempre "solo" un 2013, e prodotto da una cantina che personalmente non amo. E' a livello di non millesimati più giovani, ma cmq una buona bottiglia per non sfigurare e bere un qualcosa che è a metà strada tra un banale metodo classico che ha appena terminato la rifermentazione in bottiglia, ed un serio metodo classico millesimato.
