  • In this very good vintage Roberto Bianchi did an excellent job, shaping a wine which represent Radda in Chianti perfectly. Next to wines from Panzano (Fontodi) and Gaiole (San Giusto) here we found an elegant wine, with nose of red fruits and flowers, and an insense mouth with smooth tannins but lively acidity. Quite long and pleasant finish.

  • Bottle 3/12. Tasting one per year. By far the best bottle of 2015. Recently tasted with Roberto a few weeks back in Radda and had the current release. The color is stunning - translucent ruby, with no rim variation. The nose is extraordinarily complex with notes of roasted coffee, balsamic vinegar, sour cherry, black peppers, and a subtle bouquet of flowers. Savory on the palate with medium + acid and medium sandy tannins along the gums. This wine will continue to age beautifully. Consumed with pan-roasted chicken, bolognese, and a salad.

  • Floreale, prugne dolci, spezie e tabacco fresco. Fresco anche al palato con la giusta struttura è una buona persistenza. Ne avevo 4, non sono durate molto.

  • Real expression of the highest part of Chianti Classico. Roberto Bianchi hits it again (like every vintage) from his unlucky spot looking north west close to the center of Radda in Chianti. Deep ruby color, nose of red and dark fruits with leather and meat on the nose. The mouth is perfectly balanced with a nice acidity and smooth tanning accompanied by a very long finish. Great bottle, highly recommended, to enjoy now and for the next 10 years.

  • Very good CC, warm year characteristics, yet balanced. Not quite unlike an elegant Brunello. Drink or hold.
