  • (3.4) ‘The combination of Chapoutier and Rasteau raises high expectations. The outcome was a in same way disappointing, but still good enough to be enjoyable. Black fruity/tutti-fruity, smokey and dark spicy with leather it is, but a rather unbalanced bitter-acidity is a bit of a bummer.’

  • I found this blend to be flat wth nothing special to report. I found to be medium bodied at best, with some strong earthy notes, like wild mushroom and slight raisin taste. Overall good balance of tannins and fruit. I will try again in a year and see if it changed.
