A plot in Castiglione Falletto; paler crimson with light orange rim; strawberry on the nose, sour cherry, candied rose, showing a slight bit of age (good for age) and oxidation, medicinal cherry, fine grippiness, lacks some focus for me; decent.

Bright red color, nose was not particularly apparent. Very smooth tannins and exhibited elegance and smoothness, body is present. Minerals, weaker fruit notes. Paired with Japanese robata.

Double decanted 2 hours prior to service. Good+ typicity, with supple red fruits, a detailed, layered, and juicy finish. The final sip was the best. I'd hold for a few years yet. It's really progressing nicely since its release. Quality continues to (really) improve at this farm/cellar. Solid value. recommended

Two hour decant. Well integrated. Beautiful with some grilled steaks!

Gordon's Festa d'Italia (Artists for Humanity Center - Boston MA): Walk around tasting. Red cherry with so much spice on nose. So easy and charming to start with a long, expanding minerally finish. Excellent 91-92 point potential.
