  Medium golden color. Still young, but fascinating aromatics of musk, ripe white peach, also some lime, there is a salty, marine mineral note that is particularly fascinating, also some wet stone and white flowers. It‘s full-bodied and has excellent depth and mid-palate persistence, there is a touch of RS adding roundness and a certain richness, but it‘s perfectly balanced by pretty high acidity cutting through everything. Long finish with a lot of tension. A very mineral, rich but superbly balanced Riesling from this great producer. This would be great with all kind of seeafood and/or Asian inspired dishes. This can probably age 10-15 years effortlessly. (94+)
