This has developed well over the last couple of years and i think now at its peak. Cherry plum colour. Plenty of strawberry fruit balanced by menthol and leather undertones. Complex, but well balanced. Excellent overall.

Shared with friends on my birthday, this has long been a favourite of ours. Medium garnet colour. Perfumed nose, strawberry jam. At 5 years from the vintage, this is showing lots of up front fruit - I think the depth will come in a few more years. Good balance, complex, long. Excellent.

Lotsa of honeysuckle right off the nose, with flora scent slowly emerging. Very perfumery to the extend that first inhale from the glass reminds me of a garden fiull of flowers with butterfly and bees buzzing around, collecting nectar Medium plus tannin with medium alcohol give it a right balanced of tastel. Need a year to reach it peak, still a little tight but right to drink now. Gona stock up these as everyday wine slowly over the year

Tasted at the Three Borders Wine Group, Hampshire, UK. This has always been a favourite of mine, this is the first time I've tasted this vintage. First impression is that it is very good, but needs more time, probably 2-3 years. Red berry fruits, spicy. Luscious mouthful. Rich and full bodied. So good, I've just ordered some!

Lovely nose of warm red fruits, but a bit soft with a slightly sagging mid-palate. A little more acidity would be appreciated. Otherwise certainly not a bad wine, just would like a little more structure with the round fruit.
