Timothy Leary where are you??? This wine hit with masive amounts of acid. Color reminded me of dijon mustard. Not much nose to speak of, but I had it in the fridge too long and it was too cold upon opening. Tasted like a key lime custard. Finish was tart in a good way and stuck with you for a while. Would purchase again.

2007 Passport to Woodinville weekend; 3/31/2007-4/1/2007 (Woodinville, WA): Tasted this right after the 2004 Semillon. This vintage had the same citrus flavors, but I noticed a buttery taste here that I didn't in the 04. The 05 just seemed a little more polished than the 04 was. A great value for a nice summer wine at $15.

It was good. Just the right balance of floral, butter, and acidity. Smooth with a great mouthfeel. Paired well with chicken alfredo. Would purchase again.

Light and crisp. Nose of mellons, with a hint of honey suckle. Great mouthful with mellons, light acidity, and a hint of honey. Smooth finish. Really enjoyed.
