Linear, ripe orchard fruit, pleasant grassy notes, good body, good acid and lift, not the most complex, but very enjoyable... and a perfect partner for salty Chinese seafood.

Peach, lime, lime flower aromatics, hews more Graves than new world SB. More full bodied, with lime, unripe peach, a bit of golden raisin (more prominent on day 2), wet gravel, some overt new French oak vanilla and spice, which is balanced by mouthwatering acidity, plentiful tension and persistent finish. Better integrated, if slightly less coiled, on day 2. Delicious now but may get better with short-medium term aging. Great value at $15.

Wait, I liked this wine before? Oak, sour grapes, and confected fruit. Maybe a bad bottle but this is barely drinkable.
