Pnp and retasted the next day. Fresh and vivid, dominated by strong sauvignon flavours: catpiss, burned plastic, lime, wet british garden, green grass. Very well structured. No oak fealing. Technically well made, an expressive style, needs time or an other winemaker aiming for finess. Hope a south african lobster with spicy sauce. Twenty euros in nothern France. Chatter's note with "asparagus" is very acurate.

South African wine tour - Day three (Stellenbosch): A little cream cheese, fresh herb especially Oregano, green capsicum, herbaceous and a little green apple. There is a slightly smoky note to the palate, fruit flavours similar to the nose with a little asparagus bitterness to the finish.
