This is a Bordeaux style blend of 65% Cab. Sauvignon, 14% Merlot, 14% Petit Verdot, and 4% Cab. Franc … and it’s delicious. But that’s par for the course for Jeff White’s wines. Cherry and cassis on the attack, leather, mint and a bit of smoke. The body is medium weight that delivers a lingering finish of mint and anise. Some slight sediment. 13.9% alc. With grilled beef hanger steak. 08.18.22. Recommended.

Some sediment on the cork and neck on this one, but no cause for alarm. Deep dark ruby color, rich dark fruit aroma and solid tannins out of the bottle. After aerating it through my Vinturi, it became soft, supple and just beautiful. There's a reason this is GMV's signature blend, and once again a knockout from Jeff White.
