Lightly oxidised w. some marzipan and caramel. High acidity w. a good mouthfeel, though rather light. Full of lemon granité, yellow and green fruit. Good complexity.

Tasted at The Wine Society's Champagne tasting, held in Guildford, UK. Lots of bubbles in the glass. Light lemon/gold colour. Delicate toast, fruity, with a hint of coconut. I liked it, but for my palate, it has a little too much acidity.

Fresh, luscious, lively - so energetic. Ridiculously vibrant at 13 years of age. Fifteen more years in this for sure. Delicious and uplifting.

Aromas of citrus, toast, autolysis and minerals. Intense, tart and dry, and a bit astringent with its evident acidity. No malo here.
