  • Yup, this is like my first bottle only more matured. Coffe, Chocolate, earth, black fruits. Really beautiful and very ready. And yes, I think 91 again is well-deserved.

Second day and the sweetness of the fruit is more obvious. Really good.

  • Totally closed still. Saving almost all. Be back on friday.

Day 4 and a lot of acidity that I don't remember from my first bottle. Sour cherries. After a while the sweet fruit comes visiting together with the chocolate. Maybe not as good as my first bottle but not far from it. At least another year before I open my next bottle.

  • Coffee, tobacco, black currant and cherries as well. First glass was a bit to concentraded. But second glass after five hours was much better. Reallly good.

A lot left in the bottle. Will revisit and grade later.
Day 4 and it is really tasty now. Really came together in a beautiful way. So decant it properly or save it for a while.

  • Some Portuguese Reds: Light purple color. Aromas of tart black cherries, juicy blackberry am, along with spicy violets and clove potpourri, smoky earth, coffee, pepper and oak. Bold but suave on the palate (silky tannins, fresh acidity, lovely balance). Plenty of chewy plum and black cherry fruit, jammy but tart, too. Violets, eucalyptus, pepper, charcoal, vanilla, coffee. Plush but complex, fruit-tastic but earth and spicy as well. A blend of Trincadeira, Aragonez, Syrah and Touriga Nacional, aged 12 months in oak and chestnut barrels.
