Light amber and unfiltered Medium plus aromas of nuts/ honey with dry cereals and dry minerality Medium palate with medium acidity and good phenolic bitterness with medium length - difficult to describe but really no flavor, just structure One of few wines in which I was able to come up with no fruit descriptors Nice mouthfeel to this wine but a little one dimensional THERONWARE describes this better than I could have

Single blind tasting Hazy gold color, unfiltered Medium + aromatics with mild oak and slight oxidation Flower blossoms, bark, stone and cereal grains. I struggled with the aromatics descriptions. No fruit characteristics. Medium - palate with medium acidity, medium + phenolic bitterness and medium alcohol. No particular fruit or other descriptors of the palate. Wet nuts ? Linear mouthfeel with a medium finish. An intellectual's wine with unusual aromatics, but lacking on the palate.

Orange wine masquerading as a Rose? This is fairly mute on the nose, a rich gold in the glass. The palate-impression is one of clean, lifted acidity, without much actual flavor. Lacks the savory complexity of many orange wines. In fact it is similar to an innocuous rose, were one to subtract the subtle, sweet fruit aspects of most roses.
