  Smells like a suave blanc to me. Lots of acid. Fairly light in body. Not much fruit and comes off as more mineral driven. It has a warming finish. Very crisp. Tried this with fish n chips and it was a 7/10 as far as pairings go. Everything fine until the end where it changed the character of the finish a bit, making it a tad sour. That aspect not reflected in my score.
